Management
Plans and Priority Assessments
Management plans are a requirement of CAR 2006. Surveys and
subsequent priority assessments of ACM’s forms the basis of a
management plan, which must have clear lines of responsibility for
the programme’s management and implementation. It is not a
requirement to remove asbestos, but it can be encapsulated and
managed, and we can provide independent impartial advice.
Monitor
Env Ltd has a team of qualified surveyors who are competent to
produce Management Plans which includes:

Developing a site specific management plan

Re-inspecting ACM’s as part of the Management Plan

Maintain and update log of ACM’s

Identifying all materials containing asbestos

Stating
the condition of the ACM

Assessing the potential risk from the ACM

Lists
the appropriate action to take

Priority Assessments
-
Monitors and reviews the effectiveness of the plan
