Monitor Environmental was
founded over 30 years ago, incorporated as a company in March 1990,
and offers a full range of asbestos services, including consultancy,
building surveys (Types 1, 2 and 3), fibre counting, bulk sampling
and producing asbestos registers, either as a written report or on
an electronic database, and providing asbestos awareness courses.
Our
team of experienced analysts are responsible for airborne dust
monitoring and identification of asbestos fibres to all sections of
industry, including Local authorities, Health Authorities and
Universities.

Our company operates a quality management system in
accordance with UKAS requirements for which we are successfully
independently audited. Our geographical coverage includes the whole
of the UK and Europe. Monitor Environmental Ltd are full non
contracting members of ARCA and are founder members of ATaC
(Asbestos Testing and Consulting) division of ARCA. We are also
members of ACAD (Asbestos Control and Abatement Division) and
Constructionline.
Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations CAR 2006, which
introduces a specific duty to manage asbestos in buildings. This
places increased responsibility on controllers of premises and
building managers who will have explicit duties to identify, assess
and manage asbestos containing materials in buildings. Monitor
Environmental Ltd helps companies comply with this legislation by
liaising with the client to produce a detailed, comprehensive survey
report with photographs and test certificates. |
